German trance icon Markus Schulz hasn’t built his legendary name out of nothing. Dropping astonishing music since 1996, the 45-year-old producer is now presenting his already 8th studio album titled ‘Escape‘, which would be his 11th if we included his side project Dakota. This brand new LP is out now via his imprint Black Hole Recordings/Coldharbour Recordings. After a crazy year and a sad summer, without festivals to celebrate, fans have been eagerly waiting for better news to come, and finally, good news has arrived in form of new music!   This weekend, 5th & 6th December, 2020, on Happy Hour - Radio DJ1, from 10:00EET (09:00CET)& 22:00EET (21:00CET), you can listen the album "Guiding Light" by Paul Van Dyk, album released on August 28th, 2020. The past 3 years have been an intense journey for Paul van Dyk: personally, and creatively. In order to mentally process his on-stage accident in 2016, PvD poured himself into the creation of music. The result, his most personal work yet. An album trilogy, spearheaded by the 2017 release From Then On, followed by 2018s Music Rescues Me and now completed with 14 beautiful, emotional and energetic songs featured on Guiding Light. To a considerable degree, Guiding Lights release is the outcome of a book specifically Pauls Im Leben Bleiben, which was published last year. Writing it helped PvD begin to clarify much of what happened to him mentally. Through it came a greater perspective understanding of the toll, all before he started to harness that clarity into something positive, artistic and inspirational.
